Solid Calcium (Ca) Cored Wire
Solid Calcium Cored Wire helps in Reduction of Overall Ca Treatment Costs, as Ca Levels Attained by Using This is in Range Between 20-30% for Al; Al-Si & Si Kilned Steel- Compared to 13-19% for Conventional CaSi/ CaFe Treatments. Also Zero Gas Pick-up During Wire Injection in Molten Steel & Lower Mg Content Helps in Reduced Splashing & Fuming.
